What we do (clear value)

iPhone & Android (unlocked)

We back up photos and videos only from iPhone and Android handsets, keeping original dates where possible. Typical formats include HEIC/JPG, MP4/MOV, HEVC, and Live Photos. We tidy rotations and can convert HEIC→JPG on request for easy sharing/printing. Ideal when your phone is full, you’re changing device, or you want a proper archive to USB, DVD or download link.
Good to know: Device must be unlocked; bring your cable if unusual. We don’t copy messages or app chats.

SD / microSD / miniSD

We copy from SD, microSD and miniSD cards used in cameras, phones, drones and handhelds. Supports FAT32/exFAT and capacities from old cards to modern 512GB+. We preserve your DCIM structure, keep original timestamps where possible, and can merge short clips if needed. Optional basic attempt for lightly corrupted cards. Delivery to USB, DVD or link.
Good to know: For micro/mini, include the adapter. Corrupt cards: we’ll try a no-risk basic read before recommending a lab.

USB sticks

We consolidate photos and videos from USB flash drives (FAT32, exFAT, NTFS). Great for family collections spread across a few sticks. We verify the copy, remove exact duplicates on request, and produce a clean, date-based folder structure. Output to a new USB, DVD for relatives, or a download link.
Good to know: Very old/cheap USBs can fail; we’ll advise if a fresh USB is safer for long-term storage.

External hard drives (2.5″/3.5″, exFAT/NTFS/HFS+)

We copy from portable and desktop external HDDs/SSDs (USB-powered or mains), supporting exFAT, NTFS and HFS+. Perfect for consolidating family archives, older backups, or exported cloud libraries. We can dedupe exact file duplicates, standardise folder names (e.g., YYYY/MM), and deliver to USB, DVD or link.
Good to know: Clicking or dead drives are referred to trusted recovery labs; we’ll only attempt safe, logical reads.

Camera cards (Canon/Nikon/Sony)

We understand camera folders such as DCIM, PRIVATE/AVCHD, and M4ROOT. We copy RAW (CR3/NEF/ARW), JPG, and typical MOV/MP4 video files from Canon, Nikon, Sony and more — keeping filenames, EXIF timestamps and structure where possible. Optional HEIC→JPG conversion for phone shots that slip onto cards.
Good to know: We don’t edit RAW; we archive it faithfully for editing later.

GoPro & Dashcams

We back up GoPro/DJI action-cam footage including HEVC/MP4, split “chapter” files (e.g., long 4K clips auto-segmented), and low-res LRV/THM sidecars. We can merge chapters into a single file, tidy orientation, and sort by date/location folders. Delivery to USB, DVD or link.

FAQ

For regular viewing or sharing, 300 DPI is ideal. Use 600 DPI for sharper prints or light editing. Small formats like slides need 2500–3200 DPI for detail enlargement. Only go above 4000 DPI for archive or very large print purposes

JPGs are great for everyday use—small files and easy to share. Choose TIFF for archival or editing, since it’s lossless

Files are organised in folders by album/event/date. Naming options are available. Delivered on USB or via private download link.

Most jobs are completed in 2–5 working days. You’ll get an ETA via WhatsApp. Express turnaround is also available.
